Grant graduated in Melbourne as an Osteopath in 2000.
Over the next 15 years he worked in private practice – both in Australia and in London, lectured Osteopathic students at the university and did extensive further training in the US during 2011 and 2013 in the area of Movement and Pain.
Grant and his wife Jo also opened Procare Sports & Spinal (now Procare Geelong) in 2006, which they still take great pride in being part of.
In 2017 Grant opened ProMotion. ProMotion naturally reflects Grants’ personality. Programs are built with authenticity and with a genuine care and interest in people. The Programs demand you to be accountable in engaging, and demands Grant be accountable to guiding you to improvement and a better life.
When Grant is not devising Movement or Pain programs, he is busy with his family including 3 young kids.
In any spare time, Grant likes to be active and is currently hanging on to any last glimpses of athleticism in AFL 9s, gym, running and yoga.
Grant also likes to make announcements. And will be forever remembered (by a some) as the unluckiest Field Host ever at GMHBA stadium. He was doing some crisp jokes out on the ground when all the grandstands were being rebuilt, and his jokes, along with later his media career wafted down Moorabool St through the gaps in the grandstands.
